  • What ages are suitable for the play areas?

    Our play areas are designed for children aged 0 to 5 years old. Parents can enter the play area, but should not sit or play on the equipment.

  • What is needed to organize a party at a park or other public location?

    For events at parks or other public locations, it’s necessary to contact the park in advance to determine the requirements for setup, as permits may be necessary. This is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Can they be set up indoors and outdoors?

    Yes! We can set them up anywhere, whether on grass, pavement, or indoors. However, for outdoor setups, a shaded area or suitable cover, such as a party tent, is necessary as the equipment can get too hot under direct sunlight. A tarp will be provided, but it’s important to ensure the ground is level, well-drained, and free of glass and debris. We do not set up on dirt or sand. Additionally, the latest pickup time for outdoor setups is 7 p.m.

  • What is the policy in case of bad weather?

    If you have booked an outdoor event, it’s strongly recommended to have an indoor alternative. In the event of rain, we require a tent with four walls for outdoor setup, or we can use an alternate indoor location. We will not set up outdoors if rain or strong winds are forecasted, as this could make the equipment slippery and unsafe. Additionally, water can cause serious damage to the equipment. If the weather turns adverse on the day of the event and no indoor alternative has been arranged, we will offer a credit for a future party.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    To reschedule a reservation, you can do so at no additional cost with at least one week’s notice before the event. Failure to provide at least one week’s notice will result in forfeiting the opportunity to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00.

  • How often is the equipment cleaned?

    After each rental, all equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected. This is done to prevent the spread of pathogens among children. We expect the equipment to be clean upon return, as food and drinks are not permitted. If the equipment is excessively dirty, a cleaning fee of $50 will apply.

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    The delivery fee is $20 for up to 20 miles, and $1 per mile after 20 miles.

     

  • Is a deposit required before the event?

    Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount to reserve the date, then one day before or before the assembly of the equipment, the other 50%.
